The #selfcaresunday theme for October was ‘Think Happy’.

Have you noticed that if you wake up and think “I feel SO TIRED” then you feel exhausted all day? If you think about how nuts the kids are making you then you spend the day being cranky with them?
Your mind is very powerful. Whatever story it is telling tends to be what we actually experience. My invitation to you this month is to use the inspirations I share below and choose them to be your “story” and see if it shifts the way your day, your week, your month flows ….

I decided to write my ocean swim events on the kit I decided to write my ocean swim events on the kitchen chalkboard. Partly to remind myself that I need to do more training if I have any hope of swimming 3km+ in 6 weeks time and partly to make these events more visable for the family. Otherwise they will all act like they had no idea I am heading away for some of these!
