I’d lost my way. I was snapping at my kids and my husband constantly. I was struggling with who I now was with two kids and my worth and sense of achievement was lacking. And I knew straight away who I needed to talk to. During our sessions, Linda helped me work through the mummy guilt and come out the other side with acceptance for my current life and others around me. I now feel happy with where I am in life and have realised that for now I’m a mum and I’m totally ok with that.

Thanks Linda

With my last child soon to start school in 18months, I began to wonder what this next chapter would look like for me as a dedicated stay-at-home-mum. Linda helped me rediscover my pre-mummy passions and dreams, and helped me create a 2-3 year plan for this next phase. I now have better clarity and confidence for my own personal growth.

I only enrolled in 5 minutes for mum because a friend had mentioned that she was thinking of becoming a coach, and I thought I could share my experience with her. I didn’t think that I would actually benefit from the program, because I didn’t feel like there was anything that really needed fixing in my life. I was back at work with my almost 1 year old at childcare all was going well. However it has been a wonderful journey that I have taken so much from, personally and professionally.
I have learnt to prioritise time for myself when I need it, to acknowledge that I do need it, to be a better functioning mum and to really value that investment in myself.

I’ve been able to apply many of the techniques to my career as well, and feel that my team as well as my family and myself have benefited from what I have learnt.
I went on from the 5 minutes for mum program to working with Linda on a 1 to 1 coaching basis, and I really look forward to our fortnightly catch ups, it’s great to have someone to help me hold myself accountable for the actions I decide to take and I feel that Linda not only responds to what I say but hears the things that aren’t said and is able to help me identify the underlying things that may be bothering me, that I’ve not yet recognised.
So I’ve gone from being someone that didn’t feel like she needed any help to recognising that a little help and focus goes a long way, Olympic athletes have coaches, and support teams, why not use mums!

Linda is my reality check. When you’re running a business, it’s so easy to get buried in charging ahead and making things happen that it’s a challenge to step back and look at things objectively. Linda’s coaching sessions let me come up for air. She helps me reassess my direction, make sure my actions are in line with my goals and resolve any mental blocks holding me back. I look forward to each session I have with her and the renewed energy it brings me to keep forging ahead.

Working with Linda has been an incredibly positive and eye-opening experience. Her insight and advice has been invaluable to help me define my goals and direction. All aspects of my life; home, work and health are more productive and organised but most importantly I’ve developed a genuine appreciation and gratitude for all I already have and truly living in the moment.

I started coaching with Linda around the same time I was negotiating a return to work. I had a panic realising I hadn’t even made a dent in all the things I planned to do on maternity leave. Linda helped me to work out what was really important as well as making time for me a priority. I’m about to start work soon and I feel confident I can manage the elusive work/life balance.
