When a woman becomes a mother it suddenly feels like she is two different people, living in one body.
Two different minds.
Two different sets of emotions.
Two different sets of desires and ambitions.
Co-existing in one body, both feeling stifled by the other. Creating internal conflict, tension, struggle. As a result the women feels she no longer knows who she truly is.
Do YOU know this feeling?
I have been reflecting a little on this Inner Split recently. This constant pull a woman feels to GO BACK to who she was before a mother. To GO BACK to the work, the leisure activities, the body, the friendships and so on …
So much tension is created as she tries to find her way BACK
Here is the message I want to share …
There IS NO GOING BACK
There is only a movement forward into the new. As you move forward you can bring with you elements, essence, attributes of the woman you saw yourself as before. You don’t have to lose her or let go of her. But she needs to come forward with you and take on this new journey along side you.
Stop looking back.
Stop trying to go back.
There really is no going back …
