DITCH THE DIET -with Sian Stimson
If you’ve found yourself on the on-off diet cycle and are fed up with the restrictions, rules and lack of results, then join this workshop to find out more about a different way to approach food and your health – a way that is sustainable, that means you can ditch the diet for good, and get back to the important things like enjoying life!
We have developed a complex relationship with food, which now impacts many areas of our lives. Imagine the feeling of liberation if food was just food. Imagine if you could focus on enjoying other things when eating out, at social occasions and at mealtimes – like the people, the music, the atmosphere – instead of worrying about what you can and can’t eat, and then feeling guilty if you don’t stick to the plan.
This workshop will help you reframe how you see food and show you there is another way.
– why we have a love-hate relationship with diets
– the key factors in successfully ditching the diet
– what drives your decisions around food
– how to develop a more positive relationship with food
Wednesday 23rd June
This workshop is held via Zoom.
A link will be emailed out to you 48 hours prior to the event.

Sian helps clients rediscover hope and build resilience for long term vitality and fulfilment.
As a Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, she predominantly works with busy mums who want to make changes to their health, but don’t know where to start as they are short on time, overwhelmed by all the health info they come across, and frustrated as they feel they’ve tried it all before.
With Sian’s support, clients take the first steps on a journey towards feeling like themselves again, more in control of their lives and with a much better understanding of what’s right for them in the long term – helping them to give their best, be their best and better face the challenges that life throws at them.
Considering health in an wholistic way, and leaning on her knowledge and own experience of this journey, Sian helps clients achieve their own brand of health and wellbeing, through practical and easy-to-implement ways that are right for them, their body and lifestyle.
