5 reasons to exercise in the morning

I decided this week to be brave an record my first video blog – I hope you enjoy!

Reason 1: there is less time to talk myself out of doing it!

Reason 2: It helps energise me for the day ahead

Reason 3: It is DONE!

Reason 4: I am actually more productive in the rest of my day if I exercise in the morning
